- Bid Planning: Coordinate pursuit activities to guarantee timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
- Client Preparation: Assist teams in preparing for client meetings by developing impactful presentation materials.
- Team Coordination: Organize meetings, manage communications, and ensure all contributors understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Knowledge Sharing: Conduct research, manage knowledge repositories, and leverage global best practices for future opportunities.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the design and branding team to align proposals with KPMGβs visual and strategic identity.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduate or postgraduate in business or marketing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in bid management, ideally in a multinational or professional services firm.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience with government tenders is highly desirable.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
