Key Responsibilities: As a Front Office Executive, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the officeโs daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all incoming and outgoing calls through the EPBAX system and directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- Keeping staff extension lists and mobile numbers updated and assigning extensions as needed.
- Coordinating the maintenance of office equipment like printers, telephones, and booking tools. If issues arise, you’ll work with the IT department to ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Overseeing front office daily operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
- Performing routine office tasks, as well as any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the administration team.
- Maintaining attendance records for third-party staff and ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinating activities like the updating of First Aid Kits and facilitating office shifting or packing requests.
- Assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as maintaining the appointment calendars for the administration team.
- Managing inventory records, including items related to the pantry, cafeteria, housekeeping, and toiletries.
- Recording and coordinating technical calls with the site MST (Managed Services Team).
Qualifications:
- A graduation degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
