Role Overview: ESG Executive
As an ESG Executive at KPMG, you’ll play a vital role in assisting clients with their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies. This includes automation, reporting, and providing impactful insights. Youβll also contribute to internal initiatives like business development, tool creation, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in developing ESG strategies, automating processes, and creating reports.
- Assist in firm-level initiatives such as ESG tools, methodologies, and point-of-view development.
- Ensure high-quality client deliverables within set timelines while adhering to risk management guidelines.
Hard Skills Required
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, and TNFD.
- Proficiency in ESG data analysis, impact assessments, and risk management.
- Understanding of ESG regulations, reporting standards, and industry-specific trends.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and ESG communication strategies.
- Knowledge of ESG controls and assurance engagements.
