Role Overview
As an HR Ops – Execution Executive, you will be instrumental in managing the Offer Desk operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between stakeholders. The role requires a mix of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Management: Process and release offer requests through Oracle Recruiting Cloud with precision and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate joining processes.
- Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze MIS reports, and create monthly and quarterly dashboards tailored to business requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for MIS and dashboards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing high volumes.
- Team Player: Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
