Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
MBA in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri-Business Management, or Rural Development Management. - Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification marketing experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in banks or financial institutions.
Terms and Conditions
- The engagement is purely contractual and does not provide any claims for permanent employment in NCDC or its associated organizations.
- Annual performance reviews based on specific Key Performance Indicators will determine contract continuation.
- Consolidated remuneration is inclusive of taxes, with no additional allowances. Annual increments will depend on satisfactory performance.
- Working hours, leave policies, and travel/daily allowances will follow NCDC’s contractual appointment guidelines.
- NCDC reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month’s notice or equivalent compensation in case of unsatisfactory performance or any misconduct.
- Original documents supporting age, qualifications, and experience must be presented at the time of joining.
