Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Building and Management: You will be the main point of contact, responsible for developing and nurturing a community of business entrepreneurs and agents.
  • Client Education and Account Management: Educating members about TravClan’s offerings and managing 100-200 business accounts will be a major part of your role.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including finance, product, and marketing to optimize processes, products, and outreach efforts.
  • Agent Retention and Growth: Focus on retaining agents and driving up their business volume using TravClan’s platform.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve agent grievances related to payments, services, and products, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Feedback Handling: Effectively manage feedback and handle escalations from both customers and vendors.
  • Event Management: Organize offline and online events to engage and connect with members across the country.

Requirements:

  • A passion for startups and the travel industry, with a strong ethical grounding and a hardworking attitude.
  • A disciplined, process-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly resolve customer queries and manage escalations efficiently.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management is advantageous, especially in the startup or travel industry.
  • Comfortable with client calls, managing targets, and working long hours (10-12 hours daily, 6 days a week).
  • A problem-solver who enjoys challenges and consistently performs under pressure.
