Key Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Create, update, and maintain profiles across databases for all investment affiliates and strategies within CC&L Financial Group. This requires collaboration with subject matter experts from different departments.
  • Audit Oversight: Develop and execute an audit program to ensure the accuracy of database information.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current database management processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Communication: Handle surveys and questionnaires for clients, prospects, consultants, and external audiences.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining reports and other files crucial to the database workflow.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: A degree in Finance or a related field, paired with a strong interest in the investment sector.
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in institutional investment firms, banks, or trust companies.
