Key Responsibilities:
- Job Estimation & Process Management: Review client materials, estimate job requirements, and follow standard processes. Update project tracking reports daily to monitor progress.
- Quality Management: Perform First Time Right (FTR) programming and conduct self-quality checks to ensure projects meet the clientβs quality standards. Deliver error-free outputs within the committed timeline.
- Communication: Coordinate with clients through emails to clarify any queries and requests. Participate in meetings to ensure job delivery meets expectations. Maintain effective communication to keep clients informed throughout the process.
- Data Validation & Analysis: Utilize SPSS and Quantum tools to deliver accurate banners, tables, and data validation. Ensure that all deliverables are in line with quality and timeline standards.
Required Skills:
- Technical and problem-solving skills to handle data analysis challenges.
- Strong communication skills for client coordination and internal collaboration.
- Proficient in using SPSS for tabulation and analysis.
- Good knowledge of the Quantum tool.
