Key Responsibilities
- Research & Host Identification: Locate and categorize potential hosts offering unique experiences like cultural workshops or adventure activities.
- Outreach & Engagement: Reach out to potential hosts through emails, calls, and social media, and introduce them to Yoliday’s platform.
- Host Onboarding: Guide hosts through the profile creation and experience listing process, providing feedback for high-quality listings.
- Collaboration: Support the marketing team in creating engaging materials and organize online webinars to onboard multiple hosts.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and host expectations to refine the acquisition process.
- Reporting: Document outreach efforts and provide insights to optimize host acquisition strategies.
Who Can Apply
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
- Are available for a 6-month, work-from-home internship starting between 15th Jan’25 and 19th Feb’25.
- Have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Are self-motivated and proactive, with a keen interest in marketing, client relationships, and data organization.
- Have basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and proficiency in MS Office (preferred but not mandatory).
- Are looking to restart their career (open to women candidates).
