Note:

  • Students must have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale.
  • Project duration can range between 3 to 12 months, with preference given to students committing to longer durations.
  • The availability of a project guide is crucial for acceptance.

How to Apply

Interested students can apply via email to student[at]nrsc[dot]gov[dot]in. The application email must specify the desired project duration and start date, along with the following required documents:

  1. Request Letter: A formal request from the Head of the Department, Principal, or Placement Officer of your college. This letter should specify the project duration (start and end dates) and must be addressed to the In-charge, Training, Education, and Outreach Group, NRSC.
    File name format: CollegeAbbreviation_StudentName_Branch.pdf
  2. Resume or CV: This document should include academic details and marks from Class 10 onwards.
    File name format: StudentName_CV.pdf
  3. Mark Sheets: Copies of all previous academic records (Class 10, Class 12, undergraduate, and others).
    File name format: StudentName_X.pdf, StudentName_XII.pdf, StudentName_Degree.pdf
  4. Latest Mark Sheet: The most recent mark sheet for the ongoing academic year.
    File name format: StudentName_Degree.pdf

Selection and Joining Process

  • Selected students will be notified via email, so it’s essential to include your email address in your application.
  • Upon selection, students must confirm their joining date and adhere to the instructions in the approval letter.

Certification and Project Reporting

  • Project Report: Students are required to print and bind their project reports outside NRSC.
  • Certification:
    • The project guide at NRSC and the student’s Head of Department/Principal will certify the project.
    • Certification for internal guides will only be provided if they contribute significantly to the project.
  • Completion Requirements:
    1. A Project Completion Certificate will be issued by the Head of the Student Projects & Interface Division (SPID).
    2. Students must present their findings during a Project Closure Presentation and submit both soft and hard copies of their report to SPID.
    3. No Dues formalities must be completed at NRSC’s Jeedimetla campus before concluding the project.

General Information

NRSC does not provide financial assistance for internships or projects.

  1. Students from outside Hyderabad must arrange their own accommodation. NRSC does not offer lodging facilities.
  2. Food is available at subsidized rates, but transportation and other amenities are not provided.
  3. Work locations may vary between NRSC’s Jeedimetla and Shadnagar campuses, depending on the project and guide availability.

  • College Quota: A maximum of eight undergraduate students per branch and six postgraduate students per institution can apply.
