Amazon Worldwide Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring that Amazon consistently delivers world-class customer experiences. As a SellerFlex Operations Executive (SFOE), you will monitor multiple seller flex sites, ensuring that operations and compliance standards are met. Working with both internal and external teams, you will be responsible for achieving timely launches and meeting key operational metrics. You’ll need a high sense of ownership and a customer-obsessed mindset, using your skills to identify patterns and resolve disruptions. The role also requires you to scrutinize data carefully, foresee potential issues, and ensure seamless operations.
This dynamic role involves more than just desk work – you’ll be on the ground, making sure everything runs smoothly. You will often need to travel to various seller nodes to set up, launch, and monitor Flex operations, and you must be comfortable with working weekends and overnight shifts to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Oversee SellerFlex Operations: Ensure smooth operation across multiple seller flex sites, adhering to compliance and operational standards.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve timely launches and meet performance metrics.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Identify patterns, analyze disruptions, and foresee data implications to ensure continuous operational excellence.
- Travel and Flexibility: Regular travel to seller nodes for launching, setting up, and monitoring operations. Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts.
A Day in the Life:
- No desk job here! Your daily responsibilities will include visiting sellers and overseeing operations.
- You will be actively involved in launching and managing operations, making decisions in real-time.
- Your day will be hands-on and full of problem-solving, with a direct impact on operational success.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an operational role is highly desirable.
