Role Overview
As an Analyst – Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation, particularly in supporting the organization’s Audit simplification initiatives. This role focuses on IT Audit, control testing, and enhancing operational efficiencies to align with business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IT Audit services, including IT General Controls (ITGC) audits, SOX compliance, and ISO27001 reviews.
- Support the design and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage critical processes like Change Management, Incident Management, and User Access Control.
- Deliver high-quality audit processes to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels to ensure seamless execution.
- Produce detailed and impactful deliverables that align with organizational goals.
Required Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience in IT Audit, ITGC, and SOX compliance.
- Knowledge of Change Management and business process functions.
- Proven ability to adapt to varied projects and sectors while delivering results under tight deadlines.
Soft Skills
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with stakeholders.
- Resilience and adaptability in challenging work environments.
- Results-driven approach and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (BTech, MCA, BCA).
- 1-3 years of relevant ITGC experience.
- Preferred certifications: IT audits and ISO27001.
Selection Process
- Two technical interview rounds.
- Business head interview and ICOE round for culture fit.
