KPMG India is looking for an Executive to join the Contract Compliance Services team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that business relationships between clients and their partners are well-understood and properly managed. You will handle various responsibilities aimed at optimizing business processes and minimizing risks related to contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Relationship Management: Gain a holistic view of the business relationship between the client and business partners, ensuring clear communication and understanding across both sides.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving set productivity and quality targets, managing your own pipeline, and incorporating feedback from quality checkers to refine your work.
- Contract Summarization: Summarize agreements between clients and third parties, highlighting key points and ensuring accuracy in the documentation.
- Identifying Revenue Leaks: Utilize data analysis tools like MS Excel, SQL, and Alteryx to identify potential revenue leakages and implement testing procedures to prevent them.
- Reporting Findings: Generate detailed reports outlining both monetary and non-monetary findings, helping stakeholders understand the financial health of the business.
- Timely Deliverables: Ensure that submissions to clients are relevant, time-sensitive, and align with the business’s goals.
- Communication: Engage in effective verbal and written communication with onshore teams to ensure smooth workflows and updates on project progress.
- Critical Analysis: Apply critical thinking to analyze raw data provided by clients or third parties, identifying trends and issues that need addressing.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Attention to Detail: Focus on high-level reading and summarization of contracts while ensuring the accuracy of the data you analyze and report.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), or an MBA in Finance.
- A Master’s degree with a major or concentration in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred.
