L’Oréal Brandstorm, the global innovation challenge by L’Oréal Group, is back for 2025. This competition empowers young minds to redefine the future of beauty-tech. It’s an exciting platform to hone entrepreneurial and creative skills while solving real-world business challenges.
The 2025 theme is “MEN. BEAUTY & CARE. GAME ON THROUGH TECH, PRODUCTS AND BEYOND.” The focus is to revolutionize men’s grooming, challenging stereotypes, and encouraging self-care. Participants will collaborate in teams of three to create cutting-edge solutions, learning directly from L’Oréal leaders and industry mentors.

Key Stages of the Competition
- Registration:
Participants must register individually on the Brandstorm website and form teams of three. Confidential data and materials will be provided to aid presentations. - Case Submission:
Teams submit a three-slide PDF with a three-minute video explaining their ideas by February 2, 2025. - Masterclass by L’Oréal Leaders:
Shortlisted teams will refine their presentation skills through expert guidance. - Detailed Submission:
Finalized presentations and videos must be submitted by February 24, 2025. - Semi-Finals:
The top 20 teams will present to a jury, with six advancing to the national finals. - National Finals:
These six teams compete for the national championship, judged by L’Oréal’s senior panel. - International Finals:
National winners will represent their countries on a global stage in Paris.
Eligibility
The competition welcomes students and young professionals under 30 from diverse fields, including MBA, engineering, business, and marketing. Teams must belong to the same institute, and no inter-campus teams are allowed.
