| Assessment |
Shortlisted candidates will undergo an online assessment, including a cognitive test and subject matter evaluation. (Dates to be announced) |
| Interviews | Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews, tentatively scheduled for February 2025. |
| Final Selection | After interviews, selected students will be notified about their final status, and further updates will be provided as necessary. |
Eligibility Criteria:
- Academic Requirements: Students in their 3rd year (graduating in 2026) of full-time BE/BTech from AICTE-approved colleges in the following disciplines: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgical, and Fire Engineering.
- Minimum CGPA: A minimum of 60% or a CGPA of 6 across 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and engineering (up to the latest semester).
- No Active Backlogs: Students with active backlogs or those who have faced academic detention are not eligible.

- Mentorship: Get mentored by industry experts through real-time projects and on-the-job training.

- Placement Locations: Selected interns may be placed at RILβs locations across India, including Jamnagar, Vadodara, Hazira, Nagothane, Dahej, Patalganga, Bangalore, Navi Mumbai, and more.
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Interns with exceptional performance may be offered a PPO, enhancing future career prospects.

- Petrochemical Business: Gain exposure in the sales, technical services, product management, and supply chain.
- Operations and Maintenance: Hands-on experience in operation, planning, business development, and more.

Remuneration:
- Non-IITs: INR 30,000 per month
- IITs: INR 40,000 per month
