The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), established on July 31, 2008, is a not-for-profit public limited company under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (now Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013). NSDC was founded as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model by the Ministry of Finance. The Government of India, through the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), owns 49% of its share capital, while the private sector holds the remaining 51%.

NSDC’s mission is to advance skill development by enabling the establishment of high-quality, profitable vocational training institutions. The organization funds scalable training initiatives, ensures quality assurance, and promotes trainer development programs. With a focus on 37 critical sectors, NSDC collaborates with enterprises to build sustainable models, attracting private investments to drive India’s skill development agenda.
Position Overview: Full-Time Consultant (Nashik)
As a Full-Time Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the coordination and implementation of skill development programs in Nashik. This position involves local engagement, efficient program execution, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Local Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between NSDC and local stakeholders, including training providers, businesses, and educational institutions.
2️⃣ Program Management
Supervise the rollout of skill development programs, ensuring they align with regional requirements and NSDC’s standards.
3️⃣ Stakeholder Engagement
Establish and maintain productive relationships with local organizations and government bodies to promote collaboration.
4️⃣ Monitoring & Reporting
Track program progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the NSDC headquarters.
