Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the internship:
- Undergraduate students must have completed or appeared in their second-year exams with at least 85% in their Class 12 board exams.
- Postgraduate students or research scholars must have completed or appeared in their first-year exams with a minimum of 70% in their undergraduate studies.
- Recent graduates awaiting admission to higher studies can also apply if they meet the 70% cumulative marks criterion, provided the gap between their graduation and desired internship start date does not exceed six months.
Duration and Certification
The internship spans a minimum of six weeks and a maximum of six months. Interns who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate from the concerned division at NITI Aayog.

Selection Process
